How to add a Gmail address to Recurrr

To send recurring emails from your Gmail address using Recurrr, you have to add it as a Channel. Watch this short video or follow the steps below: In short: Step 1. Go to your Profile Page and click "Add a new channel". A popup will show up: Step 2. Inside that popup, choose a name and color for this channel: - a good name would be "Gmail" or "youremail@gmail.com"; - a good color would be red; Step 3. In the "Email Settings" section, enter your Gmail address, and select "Gmail" as the email provider. Step 4. A new fieldset has shown up - "Server Settings". Our system has already entered the correct settings for the Gmail SMTP server, so leave it as-is. Step 5. Another fieldset has shown up - "Login Settings". In here, you need to add your Gmail address and password. For the password, you have two options: - ⭐️ Option A. Create an app password (details): - Go to your Google Account. - Select Security. - Under "Signing in to Google", select 2-Step Verification. - At the bottom of the page, select App passwords. - Enter "Recurrr.com" for the app password a name (or choose a different one). - Select Generate. - To enter the app password, follow the instructions on your screen. The app password is the 16-character code that generates on your device. - Select Done. - Option B. Use your regular Gmail password. This will probably work if you don't have 2-Step Verification turned on. We don't recommend it, though. It's safer to use Option A above. That will allow you to easily monitor / stop our access, by just deleting that Gmail app password. Step 6. Click "Save Channel" at the bottom of the form. Our system will verify the credentials, and show you an error if needed. If the popup closes, it means the credentials were verified and correct. That's it, you're done! You can now send emails on schedule from your Gmail address. Click the Compose button in the top-right corner of the screen.

How to add a Google Workspace address to Recurrr

To be able to send recurring emails from your Google Workspace address, you have to set up your email address as a Channel in Recurrr. Step 1. Open the New Channel form Go to your Profile Page and click "Add a new channel". A popup will show up: Step 2. Add your SMTP credentials Note: Credentials are secured using military-grade AES-256 encryption. Inside that popup, enter the official Google Workspace SMTP credentials: - Host: smtp.gmail.com - Port: 465 - Encryption: SSL - Username: your.name@company.com *(*your email address) - Password: ***** (read below) - Email Addresses: your.name@company.com *(*your email address) For the password, you have two options (we recommend the first one): ⭐️ Option A. How to add a FastMail address to Recurrr

To send recurring emails from your FastMail address using Recurrr, you have to add it as a Channel. Watch this short video or follow the steps below: In short: Step 1. Go to your Profile Page and click "Add a new channel". A popup will show up: Step 2. Inside that popup, choose a name and color for this channel: - a good name would be "FastMail", "CompanyName" or "youremail@domain.com"; - a good color would be your brand color; Step 3. In the "Email Settings" section, enter your email address, and select "Fastmail" as the email provider. Step 4. A new fieldset has shown up - "Server Settings". Our system has already entered the correct settings for the FastMail SMTP server, so leave it as-is. Step 5. Another fieldset has shown up - "Login Settings". In here, you need to add your Gmail address and password. For the password, the best thing to do is generate an app password in FastMail: - Log into FastMail, then go to Settings > Security & Privacy > Integrations. - Click the button that says "New app password". - In the form that opens up, pick "Custom" for the name, and put in "Recurrr". - Then for the access choose SMTP. That's all Recurrr needs. Click "Generate password" and copy-paste it. Go back to the Recurrr form, and paste the password there. Click "Save Channel" and... That's it, you're done! You can now send emails on schedule from your FastMail address. Click the Compose button in the top-right corner of the screen.

How to add an Outlook address to Recurrr

To send recurring emails from your Outlook address using Recurrr, you have to add it as a Channel. Watch this short video or follow the steps below: In short: Step 1. Go to your Profile Page and click "Add a new channel". A popup will show up: Step 2. Inside that popup, choose a name and color for this channel: - a good name would be "Outlook" or "youremail@outlook.com"; - a representative color for your email or brand; Step 3. In the "Email Settings" section, enter your Outlook address, and select "Outlook" as the email provider. Step 4. A new fieldset has shown up - "Server Settings". Our system has already entered the correct settings for the Outlook SMTP server, so leave it as-is. Step 5. Another fieldset has shown up - "Login Settings". In here, you need to add your Gmail address and password. For the password, you need to create an app password in Outlook: - Go to your Microsoft Account > Security > Advanced Security. - Set up two-factor authentication, if you haven't already. - Under App Passwords, click "Create app password". If you cannot see this section, it's because you have not set up 2FA yet, please do that first. Copy the password generated there, and paste it in the Recurrr channel form. Step 6. Click "Save Channel" at the bottom of the form. Our system will verify the credentials, and show you an error if needed. If the popup closes, it means the credentials were verified and correct. That's it, you're done! You can now send emails on schedule from your Outlook address. Click the Compose button in the top-right corner of the screen.
